Danstars was registered according to the rules guiding Companies and Allied Matters Act, of 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Incorporated 1^st July, 1998 to carry out business of Shipping Agents, Forwarding Agencies, Custom Brokerage, and Warehousing as well as consolidation service.
